Newer Generation Bumper

I have an 01-03 swapped front end on my 2000, with the stock 2000 bumper. Can I put an 04-05 front bumper/valence on? And will it fit the 01-03 grill?

I'm body lifted. Do I still need to buy new bumper brackets that go with the new bumper?
