I purchased a used set today from a friend of mine. They are off of an 07 ext. cab 4 dr. I have an 05 FX4 Level II ext. cab 4 door. I see how the brackets fit for the rear but am having trouble figuring out how they mount in the front. I have the brackets with the studs on them that go through the 2 holes underneith the cab but how do I get that bracket in there? Any detailed instructions would be much appreciated. I have searched but couldn't really find what I was looking for. Thanks everyone!

 

Just slip the bracket in through the big hole in the cab cross member and fish it over into the small hole.
