Bull Bar/Grill Guard mounts with Body Lift

So I have been looking around and in all the old threads the pics are either gone from the server crash or no longer on the hosting site.. SOOO.. Can you please post put pics of your Bull Bar mounts with a 3" Body Lift? Thanks

Edit: pics of brush guard mounts will word also...

I guess ill chime in so you quite talking to yourself.

This is how it was before


this is how i made it mount. the verticle part on the grille guard was about 3 inches so i just cut it off and welded new metal to extend the back part so i could still have three mounting holes.



The only problem i have is the its not quite strait but im planning on straitening it out this summer when i take it off and paint it.

so it looks like you just cut off the drop bracket on the guard and welded on a new one?

I hope you know (or know someone that knows) how to weld. Around here any little fab job is stupid expensive!

It will look good though

I suck at it but I know a shop that can do it pretty cheap. Same guys that did the welding on my axle. $40 to weld the leaf & shock perches. Good price right? I would go there again in a heart beat.

you suck lol thats a really good price. I know people too but before i did i stood back from a few things i wanted done for a long time which i ended up having a friend do

yep cut the top part off and extended the back so i could fit three mounting holes.

good point... i'll have to think if I want anything else done that might need welding...
