Should I:
1. Leave it the way it is.
2. Leave in same location but raise it.
3. Run it out the sides...behind the rear tire coming out at corners of bumper
4. Run it out the sides...in front of the rear tires.
5. Chop it and leave it looking bad

i know this isnt the best pic but i couldn't find another one like directly from the *** end of the truck.

imo, i think you should just leave it, i can barely tell , also, you only really need to fix it if you are either losing sleep or going to a car show lol

Dont put it in front of the rear wheels if you ever plan on installing rock sliders, other than that, all the options are good except leaving it as is... it looks ugly!

I might just raise it up where it is. If i put them at a 45 degree angle out the back, ill shoot so much crap at the tips when im wheelin haha I have those molded in mud flaps for it as u can see there is a chunk missing from my fender flares
