Thunderbolt scoop

hey guys, finally getting around to putting my scoop on today, was wondering if any of you guys that have it, took pictures as you were going along and any info you have that would be helpful, thanks

is it a stick on? or is it one of those your drill holes in your hood and screw on from the bottom?

graniteguy has the thunderbolt scoop so check with him... if i were you i would get some 3m double sided tape and eliminate the screws... it should hold as long as you block off the opening so it doesnt catch wind

i know for a fact that the mustang one doesnt have enough to tape it down and it just fly's off seen it happen idk if the thunderbolt will tho

it doesnt matter, im taking it to my body shop friend this week to get it put on b/c me and my dad concluded we didnt want it to look like a hacked up mexican piece of work (no offense to anyonE)

you just going to put it on or you going to have it blended into the hood so they look like one piece

its still sittin in the back of the truck, install date, a week from this saturday, so i can paint it, install new pads, and wait for all my friends to get back from mustang week

i installed my mustang scoop with 8 holes its VERY simple start taping off the hood with masking tape so you can draw in it to measure then go to town...

we're worried about the supplied screws not being long enough, so if its screwed up in any way, i want it to be the body shops fault, not mine
