Icon5 Need some help

I change the Headlight to HIDs and the turn signals in the head light to LEDs. When I just have the fog lights on both the turn signals lights are lit up inside the cab. Also the first time I turned them on they were bright, now their not as bright as they were before. I change the relay to a led one, I put the stock on in to see if it would go away and it didnt. I have no Idea what it could be. I dont think I could have the bulbs in their worng. Im stumped and dont know what to do. Did I some how blow a fuse somewhere?

When a turnsignal/running bulb is unplugged up front, and your turn your parking lights on(1st position on headlamp switch), all the turn signal bulbs turn on in their 'high beam' position...aka.....blinker on constant bright.

You have a bulb not in properly, or not connected at all.

Could it be that he used the LED bulbs that are made just for parking lights and not to flash?
