body repair, door sill

looking at 2001 ranger, extended cab 178 k sill below drivers door is rusty and almost gone below extended portion.. how difficult is it to replace ? have donor vehicle thanks, Frank

the rocker panel? its gotta be completely cut out and welded. if its the underside of the door then just get a new door.
