Hey guys I'm new to this site but i am sure glad I found it. I need to know if there is anyone who will custom make or if there is any company out there that already makes a Prerunner style front tube bumper with a stinger for my 2000 XLT. I know james duff enterprises makes them for up to 97 year models, but what about after that? Can I take one of those and change the mounting points or will it not fit at all? Thanks for the help!

Bubba

ok guys, i found it on my own. I have been calling james duff and everytime i talked to anyone they told me i would have to buy a new frame to fit their prerunner bumper on. i called yesterday and talked to a cool guy named jeff, and he said all i have to do if hack off the brackets, measure my mounting points and make new ones to fit it. easy enough eh? dont worry i have master welder that knows what he's doin. so thats it. anybody have any pics of what it looks like on their rig? id like to see it anywhere else but on jamesduff.com. thanks.

Hey, welcome to the site!, do you have any pictures of your truck? it sounds awesome. I've been interested in building one form my truck, but i won't have the tools (bender dies) for about a month...

I dont have any pics but ill be sure to take some once I get that bumper on. Its not in that great of shape right now. one of the bushings for the body lift broke with the bolt in it, so i'm gettin a new one, and im in the process of recarpeting the box, cleaning all my crap out of the interior and gettin all the dents out of my bed. Im switchin out the swampers for somethin a lil more road friendly (bought them used anyways) and tryin to put a cb radio with dual 4 ft antennas comin out of the corners of the front of the bed. Alot of work comin up but once i get some of this stuff done and have it back to being worthy of showing people, ill post some pics. anybody know if anyone makes a body lift higher than 3 inches? im trying to get a nosebleed. thanks and keep posted for more mods to come.
