Present for the Ranger

I don't do very many mods on the ranger anymore but got it something for christmas. I had been gathering up the parts for about a month. Spent $50 for the lights and header panel. $50 for a new aftermarket grill. Then about $25 in paint stuff cause it took awhile to figure out the right paint combination to get it to match. Then last but not least, $19 after tax for that EP27 flasher. Man that cost alot for a flasher.

On with the pics. I will get more tomorrow when its light.

Need to find a passenger side eyebrow for the light and a Ford emblem for the grill.

Appreciate the responses. And I will use the emblem Dustin since I can't find anything '01 or newer at the junkyard.

Next thing is I need to adjust the lights. Sees like they are toed in and pointing high but are alright. Can't decide if I want to paint them black or not.

Think anyone would be interested in the stuff I took off?

I'll get some more pics when I get up in the morning. You should do it if ya want. Its not that bad. I got alot of info from 99offroadrngr so a big thanks to him. It was a pretty easy swap. Just took a while since I ran into a few snags. I suggest to anyone to go ahead and get the EP27 flasher so you can remove the extra bulb on each side without hipper flash. I tried covering the bulbs in electrical tape but it started to burn. Dumb idea. Make sure you get the connector for the turn signal bulb thats in the headlight cause your old connector won't hookup. Everything else works. If you do it, I got 3 of the 4 headlight retaining brackets if you need them.

Haha, ya. I started smelling something and was like wtf is that. Saw some smoke and said oh ****. So don't use tape to cover them and just fork the money over to get the EP27. Worth it.

I'll get some pics tomorrow I hope.

Ya why not? lol..seems like the thousands of people I have found through searching have all been successful. I just can't get over how much better the newer headlights look. And also with a body lift..Im sure 99offroadranger can agree with me that the newer bumper covers up that gap to the skid plate..which I hate!!!

Matt if I were you, I'd just get a DWB powerdome hood and a 01+ front bumper.

Post a pic of your truck Matt. I want to see it.

Here is one from today with the garage door up. I'll try and get one outside. The truck is horribly dirty but not gonna clean it if its gonna snow more tomorrow.

Should I do black lights? The lense is bad but it was a practice light to see how it would turn out. I would do it to my current lights which the lenses are much better. What ya think?

And yes I know I need to fix the valance. I just haven't figured out how to do it yet. The little plastic tabs on the side are broke off thanks to the lady that hit me back in the Spring.
