Anyone ever do the headlight mod/ and add projector lights to them so that they can properly use HIDs?

 

if you are wanting to add projectors, why not just get a set off eBay......i bet that would be cheaper than making them...

jsut after searching threw these threads this is common with you man you cant buy a 01-07 projector headlight.. you keep saying get it off ebay it isnt possible...

 

my bad......i thought ebay had them for the newer rangers.....
99.9% of the stuff i say you can get off eBay for cheaper, YOU CAN!!!! so down boy down....

 

Alot of people (not ranger people) have added Acura TSX projectors to their headlights and a VW guy retrofitted some into his own headlights... CLICK

All you ahve to do is a little research to find out what vehicle has the same bulb as ours and do a little work on the stockers...

Although I haven't really look, but it doesn't look like there is much room behind the headlight for that kind of work...

oh but hey for those with the ebay lights, how's the quality, and can someone tell me why they all say "won't fit xlt" on the ebay auctions, my headlights look the same to me as the non xlt
