I found a couple online both ebay and local...

I see one on ebay that is listed as a 2007+ standard cab step bars from motorcraft... does anyone know if those would fit for a 2001 standard cab ranger?


I also included two pictures below of something I found. Someone is selling both chrome and black oem step bars. The chrome ones look larger in size than the black ones. He has both of them listed will fit all models of rangers from 2002-2006.... but they look phsyically different to me. I'm more interested in the black ones since I have a standard cab... does the pictures attached look like the right mounting hardware?

I just want to make sure before buying so that I am not stuck with them because I didn't do enough research. The chrome ones look like they would be for an extended cab or for larger... the black ones look signigicatly smaller... so to me that looks like standard cab?

Found out teh black ones are part number: 1L5Z-16450-DA
And the chrome ones are 1L5Z-16450-AA

Hope the above helps someone because it doesn't mean anything to me?

As far as I know the frames on the 07+ are the same as the older models. I could be wrong though. Also I agree with you that the chrome steps do look longer. The difference might be that they go all the way back to the tires where the black only cover the door space. Are there any measurements available?
