Rear Sliding Window Removal

I have a '93 extra cab with a sliding rear window. I need to remove the complete unit but can't figure out how. The interior is gutted and I can't see any bolts or clips that hold it in. Is it glued in like the windshield? Anyone have any info on removing these?

It shouldnt be glued in, there should be bolts. Can you snap a pic or two so we can see what youre working with?

93-97 reg cabs had a roped in slider, 93+extended and 98+reg cabs had bolt in windows. If it's gutted you should be able to see all the nuts around the edge. Even taking those out though, it may take some work to get it out because of the butyl tape. push, but don't break, just make sure all the nuts are off before you go shoving on it too hard.

Guys, thanks for the responses. I swear I cannot see any nuts to take off, I have seen pictures of the later model ones with the nuts that look like the ones on the quarter windows and I definitely don't have those. I do have some clips (2 on each side) but they don't seem to hold anything in. There appears to be six holes 3 on top and 3 on the bottom where there would be studs sticking through but there is nothing in the holes.

Any other thoughts?

Kevin
