Replacing Ford Ovals

I need help please. My front grille oval has been leaking and now there is like water up underneath it so I thought rather than "warranty" work it, I can swap out the FORD and put FX4 in there. BUT I would like to do the one on my tailgate as well so they match.

So......how do I get the front one off and swap out the verbage and how do I get the back one off and do the same?

The FORD and chrome are all one piece. To have it say something different you are going to have to make custom badges or just get some stickers that cover the badge. I have seen a couple of people on here that have them but have no clue where they got them. I would just have them replace under warranty and then get some stickers to cover up the badge.

They have inlays available and I did see a post somewhere about taking them apart. Maybe it can't be done on my year

It looks like they are stickers that go over the Ford Oval.

Couple people on here have them. I know I have seen one with the FMF logo and a black one with a silver transformer.

Well took it to Ford yesterday. Apparently the oval issue is a big prob with alot of trucks so they are ordering new one as well as a new piece for under my steering wheel (looks warped). WOOHOO!! Thank goodness for warranty work!

Here is the site I got my overlays from. Its just a vinyl sticker that goes over the oval.
