mud flaps

on my 93 xlt i have the stock ranger mud flaps in the back and there is "ranger" cut out in them i was thinking about painting the letters the same color as my truck good idea or no?

I've seen this done before, and It looks ok IMO. I say do it. What color is your truck?

its the 93 ford green its a cool color i think it will look sweet

yeah i did it and it looks cool i think this summer when i have more time im gona take some chrome paint and put it in there and also add 4.0 v6 on them somewhere if ne thing i can just paint over it with black and you will never kno

Personally, I think they look better off the truck... but if you want to leave them on, then do it! Make sure you prep the area good and clear coat it!

Take them ugly things off the truck,that will look better than painting
