Some "vintage" roll bar lights.

The 92 Ranger i bought yesterday came with a set of these that were yet to be installed. They are an oddity to say the least.

http://www.ronbarthelt.com/trailblazer_lightbar.html

Not sure i will ever mount them. They control block and wiring looks like they were new in the box when the previous owner got them. They have a vinyl sheath/cover for them etc.

Has any of you ever ran across these?

I've never seen those before, but it's pretty cool.

You'd have to have a pretty hefty battery to run those and everything else, you would think.

i remember those lights from the '80's. trouble is, you can't control the sides, front and rear lamps independently. turn the switch on, the whole thing comes on.

I googled for a half hour trying to find info on them last night. It didn't take me but 5 minutes to realize they were a bit dated. They do look really awesome to be honest. I'm torn on keeping them or selling them. Either way I'll put some pics up within the next few days of them.

Just remembered to go count the lights. 8 in front. 1 each side and 4 in the back. I've been sorting through the boxes of extra parts that came with the truck... whew...

I have a set of wheels like the one's on Trigger01's that I'll probably sell also. 3 of them is are shod with 35" mud tires with maybe 15% tread. Also an extra visor with the orange lights on the front. I think it's probably a Lund. Lights and wiring etc are new and not mounted on it.

Gotta go before i turn this into an auction thread....hehe sorry.

I'm not a fan actually. If you want to get rid of your CARR bar let me know Maurice, I'm gonna get one soon.
