tail light housing problem?
 

so bought these new tail lights today..until I ran into a problem..i hooked up the brake light bulb fine..but then i went to plug in the reverse light..it wasnt the 3 prong thing like the brake light..it was 2 big slots ..but the bulb thing still had the 3 prongs so it couldnt fit in the 2 slots..did i get the wrong year or something??? :confused: i can get pics if you wanna see what i mean..

93-99 : 3 bulb tail lamp setup.

00-current : 2 bulb tail lamp setup.

The one with the two big fat notches, are usually the reverse light. The 3 uneven spaces notches, are usually brake/tail/turn lamps.
