What would I use to fill the three holes on the right of on an 02 tailgate where the emblem used to be? Would I weld in those holes? And can I find the factor dark shadow gray paint at any local paint shop or does it have to come from ford?

 

try oreillys . they can get u any color paint. i used to mix paint for them. you will have a color code on the inside of your door tag. you can weld them in but besure to go slow so you dont warp the metal. id do some bondo or body filler on it. also from oreillys.
