Scratching on windows...

I don't know how common this issue is on rangers, personally i've never had this problem on my other cars.

My truck just turned 2 years old, and i had both my front windows and the frame replaced due to lines being digged on the exterior side in the glass.

Before i could get them re-tinted, about 2 weeks after the install, i start seeing lines being digged again, but on the inside as well as the outside.

Is that a common thing with rangers?

Very soon i'll have racked more time/repairs than the cost of the truck. It's a little disturbing.

Mine is really bad, but mines an 87. New dew wipes should help, I did one side of mine, but never the other.

Wow 62 views, one reply haha.

I asked a mechanic who works in another dealership, told me it's a very common problem with escapes but less with rangers, this time prob due to incompetence (his opinion), ordering parts instead of solutioning the problem. Won't know until i go back.
