Are the mounting of all the ranger taillights the same. I was looking at getting new ones but I didn't care for the look of the after market ones. I like mine with the exeption of the orange. Maybe smoke them if so what is the best way to do that? The other question is about the third brakelight are all of the rangers mounting the same? Because I like the LED ones but the one for my 93 splash was like $80 and for like the 99 it was like $35 just curious or do you think I should just black out the one I have?

 

depending on the color of your car u should black them out or smoke them. nightshade.. its a special transparent paint that allows u to still see the brake lights. if your not familiar with painting or this specific paint, u should definitely have someone who knows what there doing, cuz u dont want to be left with messed up lights. u can find some videos on youtube and some explanations to "blacking" or "smoking" your tail lights

 

Ok cool but do you know if like the like 00's and 93 taillights and 3rd brakelights are interchangable?

 

no i dont think they are when i bought mine they said they were for a 98-01 and they had some for like 93-97 or something like that
