Tonneau questions/advise/help needed

First off, I have a snap tonneau cover on my truck but half the snaps (mostly on the cover) are busted. Where can I get replacement snaps? and what does it take do get them off/on? I've checked ebay but all I see are boat snap kits.

Or should I just get this cover:

Or should I wait and find what I really want: a used tri-fold cover

Thanks

hmmmm. I've been wanting to get a tool box, maybe I'll just wait till that gets decided on.

So... anyone know where I can get the snaps to get me through the winter?
