Toolbox...Good deal?

i found this toolbox on Craigslist....SAYS it will fit a ranger but im not sure to start. 2nd, are these decent boxes? maybe i can snag it for 150 if the guy accepts....only thing is...will it be worth eliminating my chrome bedrails?
