Make sure the drain holes in the bottom of the door are clear too.... Water leaking past the seal is somewhat normal as long as its not alot and it can properly drain

on my 95, they are small squareish holes along the bottom edge, close to where the inner door rolls down to meet the outer skin.

Square plastic plugs in my 02.
I couldn't get my window tracks at any local shops here but google "LMC Truck". You can get an entire catalog from them that's all about rangers. They have it all. Good website too.

I had to drill a little 1/4 hole in the bottom of my drivers door. I just let it drain and once it dried i hit with a little rattle can to keep it from rusting.

I like LMC, i've ordered from them before, but to be honest, go Junk yard shopping. Take an Electric drill battery with you, so you can cut some wires and make sure the window works correctly and rolls all the way up and down.
