Twisted Bed??
 
Well just from looking at my bed it looks as if the bed it twisted...I have pics but I don't think you can tell from the pics.

in the fourth one you can kinda see a little bit of a twist but nothing major.

looks to me like you have a case of ranger 'lean'. I think your leaf spring has sagged on the driver side..

I would look at the drivers side rear spring hanger to make sure its ok but your truck is new enough it shouldn't be rusted out. About half of the rangers I have removed the bed from had large washers as shims on the frame to level out the bed.

Just remember, your gas tank is right under there... so extra weight gives it a bit of a lean =)
