Ugly Bumper Sag on my 00XLT

Alright, for some reason my bumper sucks. I get this nasty sag on it whenever its bolted up. If me and my friends hold it up and than start bolting it on, it falls down and than its impossible to set it back up. On the drivers side also it curves down and I can't figure out how to fix it. Sorry its not the best picture, but its dark outside now but if you look at the bumper you can see the sag on the drivers side how it points down. That was before I did any mods to it, but still has that terrible paint on it. In this picture, sorry, but also, this is the only one that I that may be able to show you whats going on.
If you look inbetween the light bar and the bumper. Other 98-00 Rangers the bumper sits right under it, really really close. I will try and get better pictures and wow, that illustration looks like a heart, sorry, haha. Thanks all though.

Yeah, I saw that but it didn't help me much, cause i've tried that a million times. I searched before posting and haven't seen the problem that Im having with others. I can deal with it being a little lower, but I can't stand how the drivers side tip points down, thats the worse part. If I can get rid of that piece that points ill be satisfied.

Yeah man, mines just like that, its annoying the hell out of me, but mainly how it dips down on the drivers side. Its actually tightening when I do it because everytime I tighten it, it dips lower and lower and lower. Is it possible that maybe I could add maybe 2-3 washers and that might help it not dip on drivers side. Like I said, I can deal with the gap in the front but it dipping low on the side pisses me off. And mines a brand new bumper, some dushe bag stole my original one when I was at my GFs house... kinda was the ghetto. :(

After I do the 2/3 Drop tomorrow and it looks crappy still im gonna say screw it, sell it, and do the 01 front end. The 01 will run me a few hundered to get it how I want, but think it will be worth it in the long run.

The same type of people that also steal tailgates. I had to get another tailgate for my truck also. Ever since me and her broke up there hasn't been anymore thefts since Im never in the area, heh.

I like the way the front end of your truck looks in your avatar... Got any more pics?

As for the bumper gap, I had the same problem with it sagging and pointing down on the drivers side. I put a few washers on the upper mounting bolt on the drivers side, and took a washer off of the lower bolt, so it angled the bumper straight. Then you just have to torque the bolts down so it doesnt budge.

this is as far up as i could get it on my truck...

I worked on lowering mine and didn't get a chance to do the bumper thing today cause my neighbors had to borrow it. Those sh***y rivets make me so upset, I cannot get them out.

Anyone have any more ideas. I've tried pretty much everything. I have tried the bumper mod, washers, everything but I still have a HUGE gap inbetween the bumper and everything else above and it makes the front end look shi**ty. Thanks.
