undercoating

Just bought some Dupli-color undercoating professional stuff. It was on sale so I said why not.

Anybody who has used undercoating, what do you use it on?

Also, what are your thoughts and opinions on it?

I planned on starting off with my rear wheel-wells.

I usually use undercoating on my frame and anything that can be described as "under".

I find this thread slightly wasteful but whatever. Anyways, if it's really black you can use it on your rear axle, make her look nice and clean.

I used to detail for a company that did undercoating as well. We did pretty much everything under the vehicle except for any parts that moved or got hot. We did not do the underside of the engine (obviously). We were also instructed to only put a light coating on the rear differentials due to the fact that if they ever have to be worked on, the mechanic will be able to access the bolts
