POLL: Color match or chome the side mirrors?
So what do ya'all think? Color match or chome the side mirrors?
I'm leaning towards the chrome to compliment the bumper, billet steps, and door handles, but then again, I don't want to overdo it.
EDIT: Damn...I forgot to add the poll before I submitted. Just post your replies. Thanks in advanced

yes. Paint the mirrors sonic blue, then add the chrome covers. I don't think it is too busy. Everyone would agree that the mirrors "should" be color matched from the factory, but they aren't. Blue paint, with black mirrors with chrome cover seems busy. You're taking out one of those by removing the black.
Bottomline we won't know until we see an example.
Another factor is you don't have to be so carefull on the painting if you know part is gonna be covered with the chrome.

If they look crappy, I can easily take the covers off and it'll still look good color matched.
Stay tuned folks. Just gotta get my butt to the basement and start sanding.
