should i powdercoat?

i dont really like a lot of chrome, so i want all of the chrome on my truck black powdercoated (also getting flat black rims) Does anybody have any idea how much this would cost to have this stuff stripped and powder coated? Would i be better off buying new items?

what about stripping the chrome off by blasting it (is that hard to do if the chrome is on steel?) and then getting bed line put on it? that sounds awesome

Do not sandblast chrome i have seen Benz AMG wheels destroyed that way.. take it a chrome shop and have it professionally dechromed. Should cost about what sand blasting does.

you could just heavily sand the chrome and paint it yourself...
