Do I have to remove the factory grille or does this one clip on over it? Mine is in the main and I'm going to try to take some pictures for a "how to."

I'm also interested in how you attached the Ford Oval to it, if you did at all.

You can leave the factory one in there, but I cut mine out. Probley pissed off a bunch of people though, I didnt it on the floor of my apartment at about 2am on a Thursday night with a Dermal set to high speed. Also I didnt add the Ford emblem back, it looked to clean to go and gunk it up with the emblem. The install is easy as hell. Just center it in, the bottom has little clips that take a little work to get on, then push the top on as far as you can, and drill the screw in. It really helps to have a power drill to do those screws.

The mods just don't stop!

Did you put the oval on yours?

You must have been reading when I did an edit, no I didnt leave it on. I just didn't think it would look good.

It should fit an '04. I believe the grills are the same size and shape, the '04s just have a little extra trim around the top. If it doesn't fit exactly you could always trim it down to fit.

Those 2 big vertacal bars on each side would be in the way.

I don't think it will either.. I will have to wait until someone comes out with a grill I don't need to hack up (too much)
