sand and repaint the surface rust spot's on my truck for resale ?
howdy , im back again lol for some opinion's on if i should sand/clean , and repaint with matching paint , the surface rust spot's on my 1999 ford ranger XLT , :note: this truck is going up for sale in the not too distant future , otherwise i'd just stop the rust with rust converter and throw some paint on and be done with it , basicly just wondering on average how much this would add to the resale value of my truck over leaving it as is ? , yes i know this is a hard question to answer , just figure i'd throw it out there anyway , at anyrate here is a couple pics and alittle info on the truck
has only 93,125 miles , runs and drive's great , has had many new parts in the last 2 years , everything on the truck works as it should , 4.0 v6 , 5r55e 5speed auto , 4x4 works perfect , i included a pic of the worse spot of rust and just another of the truck
i'd appreciate any opinion's on this , thanks

ah not quite , about 5 years ago i had a very rusty (surface rust and alot of pitting) fender pan for my garden tractor , sanded the rust down and painted it with 2 to 3 coats of rust oleum paint , has sat outside , had snow and water sit on , to this day there is not a spec of rust or bubbleing on the thing , thats not the question , i was simply wondering what yall's opinion on redoing it or sell the truck the way it sit's.........
