paint in bedliner

Im considering doing away with the plastic bed liner and going with the paint in. Im thinking of doing it myself to save some money. I have seen the how to threads and it seems easy enough does anybody have any idea on how well well the do it your self bedliner holds up. advanced auto parts here in town sells a kit made by duplicolor has anybody used this and have any opinions.

thanks

i think my brother used that kit, he's had it in for years, and no complaints yet... i'm debating if i want to do mine or get it done...

i would mask your edge line and sand everything...

They work great on the cheap. Duplicolors is the best I have found after trying 3 or 4 different kinds. Its the thickest and holds up the best, but make sure you use their special little roller brush, it works very well. Take alot of time on the prep work and give the bedliner a nice rough surface to adhere to. If you ever chip it or knick it just whip out the can of bedliner and tough it up with a paint brush.

I had the kit from advance on my last truck and loved it. Im actually kicking myself for getting a plastic drop in liner for this truck.
