^ Actually youre right Tom. Its been documented that more than 2 strobe/flasher lights on one vehicle in "less than full daylight conditions"(aka dusk, dawn and night) can actually cause more of a safety hazzard. Many people suffer from highway narcossis or object fixation after a few hours on the road and bright lights can actually shift their fixation to them and people will often crash into the object that their attention is fixated on. IE. Drivers under the influence of a controlled substance, such as alcoholic beverages, often times rear end other cars because they become fixated on the tail lights of that vehicle.
