i think i need to shackle...
nothing too spectacular, but i wanted to see how these new km2's fit into the wheel well... answer, is not very good... lol, btw, i don't consider this offroading, or 4x4ing, this is behind a grocery store, on a pile of sand that was sweeped up, after it snowed...
33x12.5-15 km2's with a 3" chasis drop
and now the bad part... they don't fit!
exact same position for the truck, different angle for the pic, the part on the right, the tire is touching the flare... i'm sure i still had more to go for flex, also...
more pics, seen below

Let me guess, 10" wheels?
Why does nobody believe me that 10" wheels don't work as well? lol
Don't bother with shackles, the suspension will still compress to the same spot. You should order longer shocks, and move the bump stops down. You will gain more travel with a longer shock anyway.

Wait let me correct myself. Longer shackles should stuff the tires in differently. The point of rotation (of the leaf spring) is moved down with longer shackles, if that makes sense. It probably doesn't but my brain isn't coming up with a good way to explain it.
I still think your issue is a backspacing/width problem mostly.

the logic i have behind it, is if i add 2" lift on shackles, it would give me 2" higher when flexed fully (even though this isn't accurate completely, as when the spring flattens, it will change the angle of the shackle and the length changes the angle, so it will give me 1.5 inches higher... but either way, it should move the wheel downwards just enough that it will not rub... but on the other hand, i don't often flex that much when i go wheeling, it's mostly just for pictures

What I'm telling you is that even with longer shackles, it will compress to the bump stop or until the shock is fully compressed. But when it is stuffed and the shock is fully compressed, the tire will be tucked in more because of the longer shackles.
