04 FX4 Reg Cab AB Canada

Yah I know,, I know I will probably regret it but I think its time for something new. Its just not really practical for me right now, I live in the city, work in the city. I never have anything in the back except bike or snowboard which i can put on a rack so I think its time got to back to a car. Plus I am thinking about a WRX STI which will make me forget about how much I miss the ranger pretty quick.

I am not really expecting to sell it here but would if interest was there. I am trying to figure out some financial aspects of how this is going to go down and looking for an idea of what I can get for my truck if I sell it privately before I see what they will give me on a trade.

Its an 04 FX4 Regular Cab, w/ 130,000 km. It has AC, Cruise, Tilt Steering, rear sliding glass, mp3 stereo. The body and paint are in excellent shape beisdes a few small dings and scratches but its also being professionally polished by our detailer at work in the next few weeks. The interior is perfect besides the carpet which is stained but I have a black vinyl lined up to go in it, and the seats are a little dirty but they are getting steam cleaned and there is a seam on one seat I am having fixed first as well. It has a gibson dual cat back which is less than a year old and professionally welded in rather than clamped. New dry cell battery and alternator, new tires in september, new front pads and rotors. Roll n lock tonneau cover, bed liner, ventshades and bug deflector. I think I will sell the programmer separately and put the stock speakers in as well to keep or sell. I also have a set of 6000k DDM HIDs for the fogs and headlamps I just got today in the mail, not sure if i should sell them or put them in to help get a few more dollars for the truck and help it sell.

Thanks Guys!!

For anybody locally my parts truck will be no longer needed so I will have a 05 FX4 4.0L motor, tranny, front diff, and t-case. And a **** load of odds and ends that I will get together and start selling for future projects that I will no longer be going ahead with like already blacked out headlamp housings and brand new lens yet to be put together, gauge cluster, etc.

If i sell them a guy at work might buy them off me for what I paid before customs, but thanks for the interest!

i know of a ford, that is for sale, in edmonton, that has 207 hp 4wd used, for WAY less than that... figure it will go up for around 10 000

i'll even install a supercharger, which will bring you up another 100 hp, for the 10 000 extra, which will bring you to still 5000 less than your lowest price you mentioned... :D

They were $140 American for 2 sets, so about 150 CDN. I still got 2 sets for under $200 which is still a little less than I could by cheaper quality ones for locally. I wasnt expecting to pay that much for customs but what can you do.

And what exactly is this Ford you know of in Edmonton? lol I have always loved STI's and now that I can actually afford one I feel I should get one. lol

I'm not down with beater's lol I had one when i first got my truck and got rid of it because I never wanted to drive it.
I love it too and will miss it, and probably regret it a little but I need something more practical, burning lots of gas and only being able to take one person with me is getting a little old.

thanks
I was thinking $10g and I called the bank today and to pay it off will be $8400 so that's pretty good! Once it gets cleaned up and polished it will be looking nice. I listed it on kijiji for $13g with my speakers and hid's included to see what kind of interest I can get without having to commit to selling it. As nobody is going to offer the full $13g for it. If so I will sell it tomorrow! lol
