Sandblast Cabinet
Those of you who have them, how are you dealing with keeping the dust down in and out of the cabinet?
I just have a dust collector that's meant for wood... so I don't imagine it'll last long! I have a makeshift filter but I doubt it does a whole lot.
What are you guys using?
Here's my setup:
First piece I tried in it... worked well but I need to go over a couple spots again!

I have a cabinet, inside dust is partially removed by a Dust Collector, similar to yours but a full cabinet unit made for a Sand Blasting Unit and the rest is just dealt with. I have been told if there is too much dust inside the cabinet and if the collector is on, then you need to replace the blasting material.
The dust outside… I don’t get any if I do two things.
One take the air gun, I installed inside of the cabinet, and blow around the cabinet to loosen all of the material built up, especially around the door.
And two wait for the dust to settle then only crack the door open with the collector running, wait and then open it up but no outside dust to speak of.
The only problem I run into is the blasting material, moisture, and not enough coming out ?
I block off the gun tip with my hand and let it blow back in the bin, then it works great for about 15 mins and then it happens again.
I am thinking on an air dryer for the Blasting Cabinet and the Plasma Cutter but so far I am living with it.
How are you dealing with moisture in the pressurized air ?

I haven't been getting too much moisture but I haven't used it all that much. I have a basic water filter/separator and there are two drops between the compressor and my sandblaster which I think helps out too. I'd be more concerned if my I had a bigger plasma cutter but mine is just a small Hobart with a built in compressor.
