Built Cj7 bumpers, Finally installed

I had a thread with a few pics of the progress on these.
The guy I built them for finally got them on and I got some good pictures of it on the truck now.

Your gonna want some type of support tubes for the stinger, otherwise it will not hold up. It will just bend back. Other than that looks good.

Yea, But I doubt he'll be standing his truck up on it or anything.
I'm probably going to be doing more work for him eventually, I have a feeling he'll want some added next time.

No, Where do you see that?
The rear mounts are made of 3\16 angle iron, one welded to the bumper, and a piece bolted to the truck, Then those bolt together, The back mounts are going to get added to eventually, But he was in a hurry to get it on because he'd be driving it soon. Which he has more work to do on the truck, sliders, and roll bar work, so it will be done when thats done.

The part on the rear of the truck where the bumper mounts to, had some steel welded into the back of it to stiffen it up a bit.

The front crossmember had 3\16 angle iron welded into it, and angle iron again for mounts on the front.

Actually, all steel used for the mounts is 1\4"
