I would cage the extendd cab area. Just pretend you have a 2door supercab and not the 4door supercab.

its nice having all 4 open when you're cleaning.. but its either ease to clean (twice a year) or hundreds in damage haha

why not make a swing out section that follows the suicide door? Its not like you need that section for structural integrity, the rest of the exo will have that looked after. all you need to do is have some heavy duty *** pivots and bump rests built into the sliders and exo above the cab so it can transfer impacts into those areas without accidently crushing into the door, then throw in a latch somewhere to lock it in place. You could even rig the latch to work with the factory door somehow too, and when you think about it thats fine even if you cant because the front doors have to be opened to get at the latches. Anyways i digress...
