Fabrication requests.

Ok I am just throwing out an idea here. Is there something out there that you want fabed up but cant find anywhere to do it. Well I am thinking about starting to make diff things for all of you here. If you want post your ideas and I could let you know what things would cost. It would be substantionaly(sp) cheaper than a fab shop I promise you. I could make it how you want it and maybe throw you a couple of my ideas aswell. Well I guess just let me know what you all are wanting.

I REALLY want roll bars. 3" steel. 2 bars, not one, with 2 support bars going back to the rear of the bed. Ok that's possibly one of the worst descriptions ever...but I want a rollbar :)

After I lift my truck I *might* want a very subtle front skid plate that goes under the stock EDGE bumper, and I always thought it would be sweet to pound "EDGE" into it from behind so it looks raised from the front. I would like it to be polished though...lol...so I am guessing I would have to take it somewhere for that after you fabbed it.

I would like to have a custom heavy duty bumper. It would have to be able to work WITH a body lift and line up, have the ability to use a winch or have a 2" reciever in front to use a portable winch, and a place for fog lights would be nice to, but not required. If no fog light then at least a place for some kc's or something. I also like the idea of a rollbar like stated above. My truck isnt much right now but you guys have turned me to the offroad world-LOL

If you guys draw me up some designs in paint on paper then scan into comp I can let you all know what charges would be. The roll bar would be really easy and I think I know what you are talking about. But yea draw up some designs and I will let you know.
I want to say Sorry if this was not allowed I just figured I could help some people out on the site with stuff they need. So If this is causing a problem let me know.

How about an extra set of JD traction bar rear brackets.

Rev I could do that fairly easily, I would just need some measurements. And that looks to me to be like 3/16 plate maybe a lil bit bigger. Have you broken one or what would be the purpose of a 2nd set?

It's quarter inch stock I believe. Just wanted to add an inner bracket for additional support like rwenzing did with his.

Man, I wish I had some plans/drawings/anything in regards to quick disco's, but I've never seen a set for our trucks to use as a template.

I want one like Rob has now, how he has cut off the top... And if you could do that, could you put like a winch mount on it? It can be weld on too...

About how much would that run for you to bend the tubing & ship it & me weld it here?

The sickest thing that I would want, is either a full belly pan or a wrap around tube guard with skidplate for my transfer case. Thats totally on my list of things to do...

Hey Stone02 are you by a major port? Does Alaska Marine Lines( or Lynden Transport) have a facility nearby? I'm just interested because if so I can get anything you make shipped up here for about 10 bucks. I don't know where Poway is sorry :)

I would like some brackets for my westin bumper to move it up with a 3" body lift. I could send you some brackets because I have an extra bumper with mounts sitting in my room. LMK if you think you can do this.
