I'm not sure about the overall length of yours Z but this one is about 3" overall. I have to use studs with nuts to attach it to the t-case.

did you not have any bolts that thread into the tcase? or are the studs in the tcase and the nuts are holding it on?

mine is something like 3"

What exactly does this adapter adapt? What driveshaft and t-case are we talking about?

front driveshaft at the Tcase...

i think that is a standard front driveshaft in the pictures that you see on most trucks.

in between the two flanges there is not enough room to put the bolts into the t-case.so I will put studs with a lock nut and locktite.

the stock front d-shaft is like a cv-joint. has bearings inside it allowing it to pivot. this adapter lets me use any driveshaft I want. like Kach has pictured. Now just cut the shaft to size and weld it up.

My front driveshaft happens to come from a full size chevy. Just happen to have one for whatever reason.

im nit-pickin ya but, the weld is under cut and you might wanna stick a grade8 bolt in there for the extra shear strength

adapter looks good, nice machine work!

Grade 8 bolts are goin in. This adapter is mostly for mock up purposes but you'd break everything on the drivetrain long before that breaks.guaranteed.
