Here is a Console I am Building from scratch For my Bagged Ranger.
I used 1/8 Foam Board and Painters Tape to Construct the Whole thing.
Tomorrow I will be applying Fiberglass and Resin. More Pics to Come as
i make progress on it.

 

heres progress of the console. First coat of glass on and dried. Fixing to start on another coat.

Started Glassing the Sides Today. Slow progress because i work alot. But will keep posting progress as i get to it for everyone.

Today I did a test fit and Cut all my holes for switches. all in all I wish
I already had it finished. But lack of time is in the way. But hey, at least Im
to The Part of Finish and Paint. Here is the Test Fit Pics. Thanks for the positive comments guys.

 

Very nice! I just put explorer seat in mine and this definitely gives me some ideas. I've never worked with Fiberglass before so maybe now is the time to learn something new! Any pics of the finished product?

 

Just came across this thread, been a while, how did the console turn out ?
I ask because I am thinking along this lines too !
