Cab Guard, Rails & Rear Rack, project finished

I finally finished this project. I started it a long time ago, but had to put it aside for other projects.
The Cab Guard and Rear Rack are made with 1 x 2", 11-guage tubing.
The bars in the cab Guard are 1" square and 3/4" square tubes, turned 45 degrees and the top of the bars are tipped in towards the center.
The Rails are made with 1 1/4" square tubing and are turned diamond. The bed-side covers are 1/8' x 3".
Most important is the roll-up bed cover still fits!

I'm guessing you are asking about bending the top bars? That is the one part of the job I had a machine shop do for me. He said it would be easy to do and I ordered all my steel from him, so he gave me a good deal on his labor.
He started with 20 foot long 1x2" tube, secured one end, heated short sections of the tube and bent it a little at a time while cooling one side of the tube with a wet rag. He just worked his way along the tube until it had a 1" curve over 48" length.
