Finally built my rear bumper 56k no go
well I finally got my bumper built i still got to finish grind it and get it powder coated my dad got crazy with the welder on some of the welds so
mounting brackets made out of a 3/8" 12"x12" plate and machined to this
mounted with 6- 1/2" Grade 8 bolts on each side
Used the stock tag lights
3/8" plate cut into a strip to tie the 2 tubes together
I had to try it out so i went and got stuck had to get snatched and everythings still good

yea it took me about 3 weeks to finally come up with an idea for it
yes im going to get it Powder Coat eventually but in the mean time probably just throw some gloss black rustoleum on it

wow that looks awsome....i would love to make somthing like that but i dont know if i could...u have major skillz. how did u get all your angles perfect and "u'ing" the pipe to go around the other pipe must have been a pain in the *** having to take it all apart and put it back together test fitting every thng....you couldnt even tack it together until u got all the inner pieces in and the ones going like this III. great work
