wow that looks awsome....i would love to make somthing like that but i dont know if i could...u have major skillz. how did u get all your angles perfect and "u'ing" the pipe to go around the other pipe must have been a pain in the *** having to take it all apart and put it back together test fitting every thng....you couldnt even tack it together until u got all the inner pieces in and the ones going like this III. great work

nice tires by the way (i have the same ones)

yea it was a pain *** to get all the radius' the same i bent the first one and it was perfect so i made the rest of the bends memick that one and i like the way it came out i just want to get it finished. I've already got about 40hrs in it designing, bending, cutting and welding it together and i figure i'll probably have another 5hrs of finish grinding if not more. its pretty much the same design as a stock bumper just outta tube i made it stick out 2" farther from the truck just to have a lil more step room when getting in and outta the bed. now i can't wait to start the front one but that'll be after a suspension lift new wheels and tires

Good work man. I really like it. If I didn't make my truck a prerunner I would definitely build something beefy like that thing. I need something a little smaller and lighter. Too bad you didn't live closer to me, you would probably have some business coming your way for rear bumpers.
