An enclosed cargo trailer so I could haul all my tools around instead of trying to pack them all in my truck.

No kidding. We have a brush cutter on a tracked ASV RC 50 at work I use at my tree farm...That will be the first attachment I buy. That and grapples for clearing/cleaning areas. Oh yeah...and a snowplow...so many possibilities.

a computer controlled Plasma or water-jet cutting table hands down.. Can't believe no one said that. A 2 post lift would be sweet but they're no where near as expensive as those cutting tables..

And portable lifts are scary, I don't care what you're using it on.. I managed to get through school without using one luckily.

Safetywire pliers.

I often do my safeties by hand but with them I get really creative. Safety wire is duct tape on steroids.

12 gauge pump-action shotgun and a variety of shells to suit any task. I don't know of anything in my truck that's better to "have and not need" than to "need and not have"

When I bought my snap on 3/8 drive electric impact that had to be the best tool ever. I own many tools because i rely off them for my living. I wouldn't mind a lift or a nice wire feed welder for the shop at the house.

A bigger garage for me - that tool would keep me from triping overmyself, keep me warm / dry, and possibly lead to actual project completion!
