I agree with Zach. Also be careful how you mount the d-rings so that when ever you go over a bump they don't bounce up and dent your tailgate.

I have never had that problem and I have had mine on ever since the bumper was put on. Even if he leaves them off except for off roading he needs to do something so they wont hit the tailgate.

yeah my worst encounter was when my tailgate was down, I jumped a small bump and my tailgate went up and d-rings too. And then my tailgate went down onto them and it made two little dents from them.

Are you concerned about crushing the bed corners? I like it. I would say cap the ends and paint it and you would be good to go. If you decide to make one with larger tubing shoot me a PM and maybe we can work out a deal on that one.

Nice man! I'd just make the mounts for the d-rings and only put the rings in when you go out wheelin... Dude powder coat that bumper color matched to the truck!

Gotcha. Once you paint it, you'll probably notice the spacing less.

great bumper

I love the looks of the small tubing. If you get rid of it let me know, I have family in Richmond and can pick it up.

Looks like the one on the right is a little crooked. Are they gonna hit the tail gate? They work as a great point of recovery.

Slap some paint on 'er and call it good! :-) Unless you feel like making the right one a tad straighter.. hehe Oh, and get some sot of lights set up for that rear license plate.. dont wanna get pulled over for not having it illuminated ;-)
