bed supports for 1" body lift ?

I'm thinking after i do the 1" body lift I should do the bed supports since i carry alot of weight.i know alot of people are fine without it but it will be cheap and easy so i might aswell. I'm looking for some pictures and ideas of how to do it .

I see a few ways i could do it i think all of them would be easy, cheap , and get the job done but whats the best way ? support it from the beams going across at the body mounts or support from the high spot ?

would mig weld be fine ? weld it to just the frame or the frame and the bed ?

you ever wanna take your bed off again? dont think about welding to your bed just to your frame dont see why mig wouldnt be not like you need a solid bead for a 1" lift i have 3" and i havent put the blocks in yet and i carry crap loads of weight and no problems i know its dumb but i have had the time to do so..id say put a few good spot welds on the 1" spacers and call it a day

.

I figured just touching the bed would be fine, a little extra help under there would be ideal.

if you weld anything to the box then you need to take it off lets say your fuel pump goes..your going to have to cut each weld off or go through the pain of dropping your fuel tank..in the long run you only wanna weld the frame not the box..but if you want to then do it? it just might cause problems later down the road..how come only a 1" anyways?

I would just make some 1 inch steel spacer and weld them to the frame. Not welded to both bed and frame that way you can still take the bed off.
