It was around $1100.00 painted & installed w built-in hitch & tow hooks.

Someone hit me in the drivers rear , it folded the bumper & caused panel damage. I told ICBC that the factory bumper wasn't good enough. They gave me the allowance in damage cost plus I paid the difference to get this custom one made. Well worth it , this bumper it tough and bolts to the frame.

Nice.

Are the d-ring mounts welded directly to the outside of the bumper?

Yes, mounted on outside. They are in line with the frame for strength. 1/2" thickness,....and actually the bumper is 6x4" sqaure tube, not 6x6 as I said.

I beleive it's 1/4" or so . The hooks are 1/2" and so were the mounting brakets which attach to frame. I can take more close up pictures if anyone wants me to?

I beleive the D Rings go right through the bumper actually. Here are some more pics.

$1100? thats insane, material cost might reach 250.

so you got hit, the bumper folded and hit the panel? but your frame was good.

now if you get hit your bumper will be mint and your frame will be bent.

love the look of them, but the results they have and the price tag pushes 90% or the buyers away, including myself.

if it works for you, it works for you.

I only paid $400 , ICBC paid the rest. Whenever you get anything custom done , you have to consider labour cost , there was alot of fabrication done here , good stuff doesnt come cheap. I dont know about my frame being bent, thats questionable ? So your saying that with this bumper my frame will get bent easier that a stock bumper that folds in at walking speed impact. Highly doubt it , also body panels are far more expensive to fix & or replace than bumpers.

Can't remember where I got these pictures but I like the idea of the White Ranger front bumper because I have the same grill to mount to it.

I like the grey Ranger too, fog lights frenched in.
