front bumper in the making

So a few have asked me to post pictures of my front bumper that you see in my avy. Wasnt going to post pictures till it was clear done, but I figured I'd start the thread.

Here is the frame with the horns cut off.

Winch mounted

Fairlead mount

Top part of the sides, you can see the one splice, ran out of tube so i pieced 2 together.

Sides completed, even have room for 2 KCs (yeah you read that right stone )

that is awesome. do you have any pics of the winch mounting surface and then how it is connected to the frame? i need some pics of how that is to show a company how i want it done so that they can build it since they only do prerunner type bumpers and need some basic guidelines. How do you plan on painting it if it is already welded on?

not a big fan of the high loop, but if you made the bumper level with the bottom of the grille i think it would look awesome

slimlights in my opinion would be the best choice for your application. they dont need a deep mounting place but i do believe they are the same overall diameter as the regular light so that might be a factor. but by the looks of it they will fit as long as they are slimlights as it doesnt look like there is enough mounting depth to fit the regular kc lights

here is the link that you requested from someone else for the slimlights and has the dimensions for the light housing.

yes slims will be the best.. 6"

and on daylighters as your referring to as regular. the mounting bolt is all the way in the back of the housing you dont need depth fyi...

I 100% recommend slims for 1 big reason. it will keep the light in the bumper so it shouldnt get directly smacked by things as much as a Daylighter

slims are the fog light hshine or like an off-road shine? i dont want them as fog lights, more for longer distance bright lights.
