Trucks go on their nose too, idk i think the picture makes it look huge, its big for sure, bigger than the last one, not sure I wanted it this big but it serves a function. If I were to roll it it would hold the front end up and keep it from smashing in on the hood/engine.

shouldnt the hoop be out a little further angle wise? Just the way it looks, seems like if you put it on the nose, thats the end of your winch, or atleast the fairlead.
i liked your orginal bumper. Id try to keep as min. material on the front end as possible, but keep it strong. Function over form.

I am going to go through the hood to the engine cage once the 5.4 is in. I think its about the right height myself. just looks huge in that first pic.

its not too big, its the perfect size.. Unlike most jeep owners use it for, a stinger really has a use.. to keep the engine/radiator from getting crushed in the event of a roll. He has it right above the highest point of the hood which is where it needs to be, and it doesn't stick out a stupid amount which is a plus.
IMO, keep it simple, some of these guys are making them out to be some impenetrable monster of a bumper.
I'm assuming you already have something under the radiator?
