Thanks guys!
Thanks Zach. Fabrication is one thing I take real pride in! The entire bumper in its completed state probably weights a good 50-60 pounds.
Yeah, I got the bend by disecting the angle in half and cut both pieces via a cold saw. I couldn't cut the 45's with the cold saw, so I used a porta-band (saw).
Yeah, those pieces of tube that are under the main tube acted as a shelf to easily position the large main tube.
You're correct about the capping part. I used 3/16" by 2" flat stock to cap the ends. However I mentioned in my reply to Zach how I achieved the bend.

Yeah, those "spikes" coming out the end look sorta spooky.. your probably getting rid of them right, since they are jsut for lining things up?

Impressive man! Keep up the good work!!

My bad for the wait...
Update!
You've probably seen a flash of it in my 'bed work' thread, but here are abit better pics.
^ The 45* turned out to be slightly too sharp of an angle (even 42 or 43* woulda worked). No matter though, nothing a simple trimming of the bed corner wouldn't fix!
^ Mounting points, utilizing body lift bumper mounting points.
