if the truck has over 100,000 miles i believe its considered a serious risk to the life of your engine to be SCing it now. I have read experts recommending strongly against SCing higher mileage vehicle...i also dont know how strong the components (rods and all that stuff you strain under boost) of the 92 3.0 would hold up. My bet would be that if you were to decide to SC it you will need to do a lot of custom fab to get it working...not to mention you would have to find a way to tune it...im almost certain 92's dont have OBDII ports you can flash through. You would need to buy a Tweecer which is like a self tuning device. Sounds like a big project of both time and money. But if you have the fab skills or the money to have someone else fab it up for you it will be one of a kind. Good luck to you if you do decide to attempt it; however, dont forget to consider the longevity of your engine.
