oh yeah, I'm porbably going to won't to replace internals as well (pistons, rods)

Most people just regear and have exhaust, intake and a tuner, and then maybe pullies. Sounds like you have a lot of $$. If you can afford to do all that, have at it, you'll have a powerful truck.
